Meet Kim Hunter-Bryant With over 15 years of experience in psychology and social work, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting the mental health and wellness of women. As the Director of Women’s Health & Wellness at Covenant House Health Services and a panelist for the “Engaging Women and Girls of Color Initiative,” I bring a wealth of expertise to our conversations—but here, the focus is on the lifestyle and joy that wellness brings.

I am a wife, a mom to two incredible Alpha Gen kids, and a firm believer that we can be both high-achieving professionals and advocates for our own rest.
